Agreement to Terms

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User," "you," or "your") and PostShuttle ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the PostShuttle service ("Service"). PostShuttle is owned and developed by PostShuttle. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to this Agreement, our Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to this Agreement, you must not use the Service. Your use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of this Agreement and all of its terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement
• You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete

Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Use the Service to transmit, distribute, or store any material that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks
• Use any automated system, including robots, spiders, or scrapers, to access the Service without our express written permission
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or promotional materials
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you create, upload, publish, or transmit through the Service ("Your Content"). You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and publish Your Content
• Your Content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• Your Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• Your Content does not contain defamatory, libelous, or slanderous material
• Your Content does not violate any platform-specific terms of service

We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content that we believe violates this Agreement or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice.

Social Media Platform Compliance

When you connect accounts (such as X, Mastodon, Facebook, Bluesky, or Instagram—whatever the Service currently offers), you agree to:

• Comply with all terms of service and community guidelines of the social media platforms you connect
• Not use the Service to violate any platform's policies or terms
• Be solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with platform-specific rules
• Understand that we are not responsible for how platforms may handle or moderate your content

We are not responsible for any actions taken by social media platforms, including but not limited to content removal, account suspension, or account termination.

Payment and Subscription Terms

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
• Provide accurate billing information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees
• Understand that subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Accept that fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by PostShuttle (and, where applicable, its licensors) and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. The PostShuttle name and branding are used under the control of PostShuttle.

You retain ownership of Your Content. However, by using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, transmit, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree that we may collect, store, and process your data, including personal information and content, as necessary to provide the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or free from errors, interruptions, or defects. You agree that:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available"
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time
• We are not liable for any unavailability or interruption of the Service
• We may perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance that may temporarily interrupt the Service

Termination

You may cancel a paid subscription from Billing. To delete your account and personal data, email privacy@postshuttle.com or use the authenticated GDPR API endpoints described in our Privacy Policy. We process deletion subject to legal retention needs (for example tax or fraud records).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate this Agreement or any applicable law
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Fail to pay applicable fees
• Use the Service in a manner that we determine is harmful to us or other users

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and content without prior notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POSTSHUTTLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PostShuttle, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your Content
• Your violation of this Agreement
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation

Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by:

• Posting the updated Agreement on this page
• Updating the "Last updated" date
• Sending you an email notification (if you have provided an email address)

Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and terminate your account.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable to PostShuttle in its operation of the Service, except where mandatory consumer rules in your country require otherwise.

Disputes should first be raised through the PostShuttle support channels (for example the Contact page and support@postshuttle.com). Where permitted by law, you and PostShuttle agree that exclusive jurisdiction or venue may lie with competent courts for the operator’s jurisdiction, or that alternative dispute resolution (including arbitration) may apply if we notify you of a specific program—always subject to rights you cannot waive under applicable law.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and PostShuttle regarding your use of the Service and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.

Acknowledgment

BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS USER AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
